It is the mission of Justice for Workers Now!, our coalition, members, and affiliates, to condemn the widespread injustice, exploitation, and destruction of employee rights and the dignity of work under both the National Labor Relations Board and federal law in general. We advocate for and support the passage of the Employee Free Choice Act as a first-step toward re-balancing the scales of justice for working men and women in the United States.

It is our mission to energize the Labor Movement, mobilize working men and women, locking arms together regardless of national federation affiliations, to demonstrate that Labor is strong, united, and committed to the redress of the grave injustices suffered by workers in recent years.

It is our mission, by legal and proper means to elevate the moral, intellectual and social conditions of workers, their families and dependents, in the interest of a higher standard of citizenship.
